We have a 30 day return policy for broken or damaged merchandise. The 30 days begins from time of purchase. The customer should usually have the item within two weeks. For most items, a shipping label will be sent to you and you can send the merchandise back to have it replaced. Exchanges are within 30 days from purchase, but there is a 25% restocking fee of the original price. Non-defective merchandise must meet the following criteria: 1) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as it was shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. 2) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
